CONSTIPATION
▪️This is a condition that traps the person involved in difficulty with passage of stool and reduced bowel movements regardless of the age of the person.
▪️When in this condition, the stool is very hard and dry , painful bowel movement and a feeling that you've not fully emptied your bowels.
▪️Most culprits of this situation are people who are careless with their diets, certain medical conditions, pregnant women and old people.
✒️Such are prone to hemorrhoids, anal tears, infections, abdominal cramps and pain.
▪️In the colon, before food is translated into poop, the colon absorbs too much water from your waste hence making it to dry out and difficult to be pushed out.
This happens in dehydrated people and those who don't eat fibre rich foods.
